Jack will coach all classes and will be there to provide pointers and provide a spot, if needed.

Annual registration is required to participate in Adult Gymnastics. If you have a child attending the gym you may upgrade to a family membership, or if you have more than one child at the gym your membership will be included!

Discounts: Refer a friend (new enrollee) and receive a $5 discount if they sign up for a month.  Multiple class discounts and first responder discount will apply.

Do I have to go two days per week?

To benefit the most out of our Gymnastics Boot Camp we recommend that participants attend all scheduled workouts. The minimum number of workouts you should attend is two per week in order to approach your goal.


What type of results should I expect?

You should make dramatic improvements in your overall physical well-being. Our Gymnastics Boot Camp exercises are challenging yet manageable and will help you increase your overall energy level and self esteem. 


Do I have to be in excellent shape to attend?

No! Whether you are in great physical shape, or a weekend warrior, all exercises can be modified to your fitness level.


What should I wear and bring?

You should wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes to run in.  Bring a personal water bottle and sweat towel.


Activities include:

Interval training, trampoline jumping, pit running, rope climbing, plyometrics, basic gymnastics, core training, stability training, running, and body weight exercises.  Your typical class will include a dynamic warm up and guided instruction on two gymnastics events per class.  Events you can receive instruction on include the floor exercise, vault, balance beam, tumble track, trampoline, uneven bars, high bar, parallel bars, rings and mushroom.  This class is all about helping you achieve your gymnastics and fitness goals!
