How many days should I come per week?

Gymnastics is a challenging sport, and to see progress you must put in the time. To see results you should try and make at least 2 practices a week. That said, if you have other interests such as weight training, yoga, pilates, etc, then gymnastics can be a great cross training tool!

What type of results should I expect?

Gymnastics is a demanding activity that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism.

Do I have to be in excellent shape to attend?

No! Through learning to train like a gymnast you can start achieving your workout goals and get back into shape if that is what you are looking to do.

What should I wear and bring?

You should wear comfortable workout clothes. Workouts are performed without shoes.

**Please contact coach Jack directly if you have any questions or to check on cancellations around the holidays**
