Some of Doug’s favorite hobbies include motorcycle racing, target shooting, and hunting.
All cheer tumbling classes meet once per week for one hour. The difference between our Cheer Tumbling classes and the Trampoline and Tumbling classes is that kids focus on learning skills specific to becoming a cheerleader, i.e. back walkover, back handspring, etc. These classes are for both male and female kids ages 6-17 years old. The cheer tumble program is designed to develop beginning to advanced tumbling skill progressions for floor exercises. These classes are ideal for anyone that wants to learn and practice tumbling. They are also coed classes and not just for cheerleaders but anyone that want to tumble. Old Pueblo offers Levels, 1, 2 and 3.
Tumble Level 1:
This class is all about fundamental tumbling with a strong focus on proper technique, flexibility and strength needed to learn and perfect all tumbling. In this class the athlete will learn to master rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-off’s, walkovers and more.

This class is for intermediate level tumblers. In this class we train for more variations of fundamental tumbling while starting to work on more advanced skills.
