Gymnastics Boot Camp for Adults

Do I have to go to all workouts?

To benefit the most out of our Gymnastics Boot Camp we recommend that you attend all scheduled workouts in order to approach your goal.

What type of results should I expect?

You should make dramatic improvements in your overall physical well-being. Our Gymnastics Boot Camp exercises are challenging yet manageable and will help you increase your overall energy level and self esteem.

How many people are in each camp?

We anticipate 10-20 participants per class

Do I have to be in excellent shape to attend?

No! Whether you are in great physical shape or a weekend warrior, all exercises can be modified to your fitness level.

What should I bring?

Water, sweat towel, and Yoga/Exercise Mat

What should I wear?

You should bring comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes to run in.

Activities include:

Interval training, trampoline jumping, pit running, rope climbing, plyometrics, basic gymnastics, core training, stability training, running, and body weight exercises

Typical training session includes: 


  • Running and agility warm up
  • Active stretching
  • Obstacle courses using the trampoline, pit and box jumps
  • Basic gymnastics core training including handstands, rolls, support swings and hangs
  • Interval training
  • Cool down
